     I have an issue with my MD802 whenI try to print saved data using the printer software. 
    When I open the printer software I get the message no scanner connected I then go to playback on my MD802 and I still get the message no scanner connected. I have upgraded to the latest software.
    I am using windows 8. I would appreciate any help thanks in advance.

     If the scanner is not connected before you started the printer app, just enter the playback mode and it should connect. If that does not work you may have a virus program that is keeping it from communicating. You may need to give it clearance in the antivirus program.
